Meet Our Founder
Dr. C.K. Gandhirajan is the Founder of RIA, a specialist advisory firm in enforcement risk and response management, corporate crisis management, risk intelligence, and strategic advisory services.
A retired IPS officer from the 1985 batch (Tamil Nadu cadre), he brings over three decades of distinguished experience in law enforcement. He served as the Director General of Police, Fire & Rescue Services, and held key leadership roles in intelligence, enforcement and crime investigation.
A recipient of the President's Police Medal for Gallantry, Dr. Gandhirajan holds a Ph.D. in Criminology and is the author of ‘Organized Crime and Inside Prisons’.
At RIA, he leverages his extensive expertise in enforcement, intelligence, security and crisis management to help organizations navigate complex risks, strengthen resilience, and safeguard their operations in an evolving threat landscape.
